**_The Company_***
We are currently looking to fill in an engineering manager for a high performance team, to help mentor and guide the team to success. With a now refurbished state-of-the-art office, you may choose to manage the team remotely or in office. You’ll manage 3 sprint teams (15 engineers), and report directly to the Head of Product.

**_Responsibilities_**
- **Technology leadership**. Responsibility in delivering a platform that will delight customers while managing the health of the code base.
- Contribute to setting the technological road map.
- Lead of team of engineers at various stages of their careers, investing in their growth and development.
- **Team Contribution.**Provide coaching and leadership in software and best practices.
- Have a passion for continuous improvement.
- Deepen your experience in the technologies used by the team.

**Experience Requirements**
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team in a technical capacity.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Experience with teams responsible for building SaaS solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft development skills
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, C#, NET Core MVC or Azure DevOps will be advantageous

**Salary**
Up to $160,000 + Bonus + Super.
