**Who We Are Looking For**:
The role of the Warehouse Store Person is to complete all warehouse tasks that maybe required, and comply with all workplace and OH&S standards. The position entails picking and dispatching of Orders and/or Whole goods items, and includes receiving and loading of Parts, accessories and/or tractors from or into containers or trucks, and operating machinery.

**What You Will Do**:

- This position is to carry out all Warehouse functions, such as, but not limited to:

- Pick and Pack spare parts for dispatch, ensure accurate picking and dispatching of parts, as required.
- Receive goods, including undertaking put a-ways.
- Ensure correct parts are received and located correctly into location.
- Load and unload trucks and containers. Trucks and containers must be loaded correctly and safely and comply with all standards, legislations and all SOP's.
- Housekeeping of warehouse and outdoor areas, which are to be kept clean and clear of any hazards at all times, with standards maintained at a high level
- Drive reach forklift and counter balance forklift. All safety checks to be performed, and must comply with workplace standards for driving a forklift.
- Whole Goods department tasks, as required:

- Wash tractors, remove wax coating and polish tractors, to meet requirements
- Pick and Pack orders for dispatch, ensure accurate picking and dispatch
- Load and unload trucks and containers. All trucks and containers must be loaded so that they comply with all OHS, COR and workplace standards.
- Drive Machinery. When driving machinery you must comply with workplace standards for driving machinery.
- Drive counter balance forklift and use jibs, chains & slings
- Prepare tractors for dispatch, including installing radios, affixing decals and preparing dispatch paperwork.
- Prepare Loaders for dispatch, including attachments and accessories.
- Loading and unloading of tractors and/or accessories from trucks. - Report any damages or repairs to any machinery or equipment. - Adhere to business procedures; all duties are to be carried out in accordance with Federal and State laws and in line with company policies and procedures, whenever applicable, and ensure compliance with the Company's EEO policy.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Current Forklift license
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work autonomously
- Heavy lifting required, at times
- RF scanning experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude).

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Specific Training or Certification -** **Forklift License****:

- Moderate/reasonable problem solving skills - Requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitive information in complicated or novel situations. Multiple sources of information refer to a diverse range of internal and external sources such as procedures and practices in other areas, team, companies etc. The ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.
