**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure efficient storage and accessibility of inventory.
- Implement best practices for stock rotation, space utilization, and product handling.
- Proficient in Excel to manage and analyze inventory data effectively.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, movement, and forecasting to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the back of house team to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline delivery processes and resolve any issues or delays.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other inventory management software.
- Demonstrated experience in stock room management, stock take procedures, and delivery management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
