**Position purpose**
To provide assistance and install, calibrate, troubleshoot and service equipment, systems and hardware
**Main tasks**
- to conduct component-level fault diagnosis, maintenance & retrofit repair on electronic components and products/ in consultation with the Production Manager.
- examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose faults.
- installing electronic instruments and control systems
- adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and equipment
- reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment
- advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
- receiving messages by interpreting code and converting them to plain language, and writing and typing messages for transmission
- use a logical approach to solve technical problems
- inspects products for conformity and quality in line with established standards
- maintain reports and records
- work collaboratively with other technicians, technical employees and customers
- install hardware
- identify and resolve routine malfunctions
- conduct preventative maintenance and repair services
- review recently serviced equipment and ensure performance is appropriate

- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

**Experience**
- Two years+ of experience

Pay: Up to $74,000.00 per year
