**Junior Position - Pavement Surveying**

We’re looking for a junior to join our pavement surveying company. If you’re hard-working, tech-savvy, and have your drivers license, or even your P plates (or about to get), this could be a great opportunity.

This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who learns by doing. School might not have been your thing, but if you’ve got a good attitude and are keen to work, we want to hear from you.

You'll start from the ground up, learning about asphalt paving through labouring, then move on to grade control, GPS surveying, and eventually project surveying, drone work, and mobile scanning.

You’ll be learning from someone who started the same way - as a teenager, working their way up to now owning the company.
- Pay: As per the Asphalt Award (minimum $25.55/hr full-time). Happy to negotiate depending on age.
- No experience needed - we’ll help you get any required tickets.
- Training & Career Growth: If you’re interested, we can support you in getting relevant Certificates and Diplomas.
- Casual or Full-Time options available, with full-time career progression for the right person.
- Workshop based in Shailer Park, work vehicle provided.
- Interview Process: Includes an interview and a paid trial period doing simple labouring jobs for a couple of weeks to test attitude and work ethic before we invest in training.
