The Concession Store Manager for our client is a people leader and business owner. They lead by example and set high standards for customer experience, constantly searching for new ways to surprise and delight their customers. They understand the capabilities of their team, ensuring they are trained and developed and give feedback to maintain their trajectory.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Someone with at least 1-2 years Management experience
- A genuine love for this high end Australian Designer brand
- Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service depending on interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Time in Attendance systems
- Excellent computer skills, along with a thorough understanding of how to use systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to various stakeholders, both internal and external
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands
- A flexible approach and an ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting necessary deadlines
