About the Role:
The Assistant Store Business Manager will support the Store Business Manager in our David Jones Concession pad with all aspects of the business including creating a VIP standard of service to our customers that sits above the rest.
You will be responsible for:
- Offering an unparalleled store and styling service that emphasizes customer satisfaction, seeking to garner return clientele.
- Working collaboratively with the Store Manager and the team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Supporting all day to day in-store operations.
About You:
Our managers lead from the front and set clear expectations for how to reach in store goals, as well as supporting others in their growth within Calibre. Our ideal candidate will also have:
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
