**Coordinator | Outside School Hours Care (OSHC/OOSH) | Hurstville Area**

**About the role**:

- Wages starting from Level 6.1 $35.17(negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
- Additional Educational Leader Allowance, split shift allowance and Salary sacrificing.
- Part-time (35 hours per week) or full-time (38 hours per week) available
- Split shift role to allow for a work/life balance (7-930am | 3-6:00pm + 15 hours of admin a fortnight)
- You will be well supported by an experienced and knowledgeable Quality & Operations Leader

**About the service**
- This service aims to create an environment where children can show moments of joy, happiness, exploration, boredom and imagination.
- Meeting all 7 quality areas of the NQS
- Service uses Hubworks for CCMS
- Small service | licensed for 60 children with utilisation sitting between 15-25
- Service operates from a school hall and has access to the kitchen/canteen, a large outdoor play space with grassed area & equipment. Options to also use to the school library.
- Supportive principal that values “community” & is passionate about providing quality care for students.
- Uniform is provided
- Service is located close to a train station

**About you**:

- Are positive, enthusiastic and have a growth mindset
- Compassionate, inclusive, and understanding outlook towards vulnerable members of our community
- Creative and flexible to role demands
- Passionate and committed to social justice
- Knowledge and understanding of all legislation and regulations relevant to OSHC
- 1 year experience working in a Leadership role within a school, aged care and/or education centre
- Experience in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs for children aged 5 to 12 years within a care or education setting
