**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a HDR Liaison Officer to join Office of Research Services, Research Portfolio, Academic Division.

The role provides the opportunity for the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including HDR students, academic supervisors and the Directors of Research Training. This role ensures effective and high level service delivery within a thriving and dynamic HDR environment.

**About the area**

**What you need to succeed**

1. Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or
education/training.
2. Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to provide informed and relevant advice.
3. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to liaise professionally with a diverse range of people at all levels of an organisation.
4. Demonstrated attention to detail and effective administrative skills, preferably with some experience working with postgraduate research student matters.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage time and high-volume tasks and to assist with meeting tight deadlines with competing priorities.
6. Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to successfully utilise word processing software, spreadsheets and large corporate databases such as TechnologyOne’s Student Management Solution.
