Who are we?

We are Springwood Sports Club, the greatest Club on the Blue Mountains, offering a diverse range of facilities including dining (Gather), Event Room Hire, Gaming, Bar, Tab, Keno and Promotions.

A great opportunity

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dynamic Promotions presenter to join our promo team, working mostly promotions shifts on a Part-time basis.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Generate interest and excitement in all Club activities and promotions (Bingo, Raffles, Cash giveaways and other Promotions and Events).
- Present our promotions with drive, passion, and loads of fun, bringing your own personality and a bit of pizzazz
- Act as a brand representative, working in collaboration with the leadership team on different events and promotions.
- Comfortably and confidently operate a microphone with a clear, warm and engaging style.
- Work with the leadership team to build our social media presence by posting content on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Educate our members about our promotions, weekly activities, product offerings and special events.
- Educate and promote Springwood Sports clubs rewards program and help other team members to do the same.
- Create memorable experiences for customers.
- Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn and work in different areas of the club.
- Embrace our Vision, Mission and Values.
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling, hygiene standards)

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, flexible, approachable and able to adapt to any situation that might occur when running live promotions. The promotions team work with limited supervision so you'll need to be able to think on your feet, show initiative and take any challenges in your stride.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- High standard of personal grooming in line with the club's dress and grooming standards
- Thirst for knowledge You'll be learning everything there is to know about the clubs products, offerings, promotions and members rewards programme
- RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain this if you do not yet have one).
- Willing and able to work hours required in hospitality. We are operate 7 days a week with shifts between the hours of 08:30am - 02:00am
