Our team is rapidly growing and we are seeking new Educators (Cert III or Diploma) to come on board and help inspire the minds of our amazing children in our care.

We believe that the environment offers enriching experiences for children to fulfil their sense of wonder and curiosity while learning about nature and sustainable practices. Our learning programs are emergent in nature and, through reflective practices, are guided by the children's interests and needs. Our centre’s focus is on allowing children to indulge in natural play surrounded by a beautiful setting, and our unique learning experiences will instil in children a lifetime love of learning.

We recognise we are nothing without our team; they are our most precious and valuable resource. You will be supported by our leadership team as you grow you career and inspire young minds.To be successful in this role, you must have:

- ACECQA approved Cert III or Diploma
- Some experience in a similar environment
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working With Children's Check
- COVID vaccination certificate

You will need to demonstrate:

- A genuine passion for the early learning sector
- You will have a desire to build trusting and nurturing relationships with the children and collaborative, professional relationships with families and communities.
- Great communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence in presenting to large groups of adults
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework (EYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 - $37.00 per hour
