**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a **Permanent position on Dayshift 40hrs per week Monday to Friday roster,** DIDO from our **Worsley Alumina Boddington Bauxite mine**, which is a short drive from Boddington (15 minutes), Pinjarra (45 minutes) Mandurah (60 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities

As the **Specialist Mine Monitoring & Control**, you will be responsible for leading the monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of mine control systems to enhance safety, data integrity, and operational efficiency at Worsley Alumina.

**Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to**:

- Supporting the configuration, maintenance & health of mine monitoring systems
- Collaborating with teams to improve system performance & accessibility
- Coaching site teams in effective system use & data accuracy
- Partnering with tech & maintenance teams to maximise system reliability

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following**:

- Communicating clearly across departments to resolve complex challenges
- Working independently with initiative, structure, and attention to detail
- Driving continuous improvement through collaboration and insight

**Qualifications for this position are**:

- Tertiary qualified in Computing/Information Systems, Electronics, Communications, Electrical or Mining Engineering or other relevant tertiary/trade qualification
