Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities- Acquisition analysis and detailed financial modelling, preparation of investment proposals, market research, and preparing ad hoc research reports- Support the Investment Management team, assist in investor reporting including portfolio analytics, preparation of investor reports, investor presentations and investment ideas/themes, and responding to investor requests- Support the Development team in relation to both existing and potential development projects including analytics and reporting, sourcing data for feasibilities and monitoring market activity- Investment analysis including running detailed acquisition feasibilities and financial models- Contribute to the preparation of acquisition investment proposals and divestment papers- Assist with the annual business planning/budget process- Assist with implementing ESG initiatives including as part of the acquisition process and reporting- Ad hoc economic and property research to support new acquisitions and investment proposals/ideas- Assist with the acquisition pipeline process
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience within a related field- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, engineering, mathematics or related field- Strong written and communication skills for preparing reports and investment proposals- Relationship management skills and team player with a can-do attitude, high level of integrity, professionalism and pride in quality of work, and takes ownership of tasks- Advanced financial and property modelling skillset, analytical background and strong attention to detail
