At Entain Australia and New Zealand as a Product Owner, you will have the unique opportunity to join our close-knit team and help build Entain’s Retail and Entertainment presence across products in Australia and New Zealand. From Retail Wagering, Tipping, and Broadcast Scheduling to Poker and Trivia; we have over 9 brands that engage with thousands of customers in hundreds of venues.

Your passion lies in developing technology for retail environments, coupled with an understanding of the key elements essential for maintaining customer engagement across diverse platforms.

This role is located in Brisbane, Australia (HQ). At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and consolidate diverse data sets informing the Product Roadmap or feature backlog.
- Demonstrate proficiency in identifying high-value features crucial for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition, while validating Feasibility, Viability, and Desirability.
- Cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders to effectively align requirements with business objectives and customer outcomes, while maintaining regular progress communication through reports.
- Oversee product backlog management, including the addition of new features and addressing enhancements/bugs for existing features, working closely with designers and engineers to translate approved designs into actionable requirements.
- Provide support for QA & UAT Testing practices, ensuring smooth operational performance, and offer recommendations for improving key metrics based on curated feature performance data.

**What you’ll bring...**
- Experience in a similar role executing the product roadmap and managing the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to demonstrate how you have affected the growth of the product through new features that add value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Moderate technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Interest in cutting-edge technology or innovative trends, and ability to articulate opportunities for new features that drive benefits for the customer and increase revenue.
