**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Jay Jays DFO Booragoon** is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-stock volume store. This role requires a strong ability to multi-task, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a **Full time** position and will require availability over weekends, and public holidays

**This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.**

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Manage inventory to minimize stock loss and accurate processing of transfers and deliveries.
- Oversee stock movement between stores, ensuring efficient stock levels.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive performance and success.
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to reflect VM directives.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Experience in managing a high stock volume retail store is essential.
- Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPIs.
- Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours.
- Experienced in managing inventory and reducing stock loss.
- Committed to Health & Safety compliance within the team.
