**How will I help?**

We’re all about ‘people helping people’ - and our Lending Managers are in the front line of that ambition. You’ll help families and individuals across Australia start something new - whether it’s their first home, upsizing for a growing family, or investing for their future. You’ll coach, guide and help our customers achieving their dreams by making things clear and simple, steering them towards the right products and services to save them time and hassle.

Our Mobile Lending Managers get out and about every day to build and maintain standout relationships with customers - especially those customers who need lending products, services and advice. Managing multiple customers across just as many markets, you’ll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And because you aren’t working in the one branch each day, you’ll find other ways to build that customer base - including external referral networks.

**What do I need?**

Experience with home lending is essential. You will be across the end-to-end home lending process and have a real passion for people. If you pride yourself in always doing the right thing and putting your customers first, we’re eager to talk with you. If you’ve got drive, ambition and love a challenge, we should talk.

A real knack for finding new business - and experience generating that business in the financial sector. You’ll be across the end-to-end home lending process and a real people person who loves meeting new faces and building networks, with a strong track record for delivering results that go above and beyond customer expectations.
