We are seeking an **Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator**to join our established team in our **West Ryde**service. **This is a part-time role, 16 hours per week, Monday - 8 hours and Tuesday - 8 hours to begin with, the hours will soon increase to 34 hours per week Monday - 8 hours, Tuesday -6 hours, Wednesday - 8 hours, Thursday - 6 hours Friday - 6 hours.**

**About the role**:

- **Support the inclusion of children with additional needs**:

- Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Be part of a collaborative teaching environment
- Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times

**About you**:

- Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
- **Must have experiences working with children with additional needs and must hold an Early Childhood Qualification.**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
