**The Position**

Korowa Anglican Girls’ School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, compassionate and resilient leader to the position of Deputy Principal. The Deputy Principal is a critical senior leadership position with delegated responsibility for the oversight of the educational operations of the School including student wellbeing and discipline, staff performance, policies and procedures, student safety and emergency management procedures.

Reporting directly to the Principal, the Deputy Principal will be an active member of the Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the Principal, the Deputy will be the operational and strategic voice of the Senior School, including staff management and wellbeing, and school improvement. The Deputy Principal will motivate, encourage and inspire the development of a strong, effective and efficient academic team that operates ethically and with a clear focus on delivering outcomes for the School and students.

**The Organisation**

A leader in girls’ education since 1890, Korowa is renowned for its academic excellence welcoming 3 and 4 year old girls and boys in the Early Learning Centre, and then specialising in an all-girls’ environment from Prep to Year 12.

With approximately 750 enrolments Korowa has a strong focus on the individual student and provides a caring and supportive community which inspires students to follow their passion. Korowa provides students with a full range of facilities to support learning and co-curricular activities.
