Their interior designers work across every project and are part of the design process from very early on.

They are now ready to appoint and Interior Design lead to work across all offices and projects in the APAC region to enhance the overall interior design culture, processes, approaches and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide direct advice, input and guidance to project teams across a range of projects.
- Be a key client facing team member who presents interior design concepts and approaches to our clients.
- Naturally coach, mentor and develop our next generation of interior designers.
- Help to develop the interior design structure
- Taking a proactive and self managed approach to developing the design skills amongst the interior staff to ensure project design quality is up held and desired project outcomes are met.
- Providing design inspiration and guidance of current trends.
- Be available for interstate travel and sometimes international travel to meet and develop teams around the region.

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Thorough knowledge of relevant planning and building codes, and Australian standards.
- Ability to work across several projects concurrently, at high level, offering support to project leaders.
- Proven track record of highly recognised interior design outcomes.
- Experience organising and managing teams of designers.
- Clear and considered communication skills with an obvious strength in presenting interior design concepts and their delivery.
- Extensive understanding of materials, finishes and colour palettes used in the industry along with ongoing developments in these fields.
- Good understanding how interior design documentation packages and details are put together for a range of project scales.
