As an Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical insights that shape strategic decisions and enhance national security. This position holds the key responsibility of leading a multifaceted team, collaborating closely with the Director and the client to provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a collaborative environment.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Leverage your senior-level Defence intelligence expertise to assess and dissect threat tactics and capabilities,
- Collaborate effectively within the Australian Intelligence Community, drawing upon your understanding of its nuances and practices, to deliver timely and accurate threat assessments,
- Undertake comprehensive technical threat analysis by integrating intelligence from diverse sources,
- Develop in-depth assessments of threat capabilities and tactics at system-of-systems, systems, and the sub-system level to development vulnerability assessments,
- Support the development of classified Concepts of Operation and Concepts of Employment for the current and future force, leveraging you experience in support military operations and planning,
- Support classified wargaming and analysis activities to test current force performance and future force design, and Develop and refine Mission Engineering methodologies that are fit-for-purpose for Defence.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Technical expertise in threat analysis, particularly in the air and/or maritime domain.
- Experience in assessing threat tactics and capability employment at various levels, from strategic to tactical.
- Proficiency in conducting technical threat analysis through the fusion of intelligence from diverse sources.
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form. You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TSPV clearance.
