**What you’ll do
The Sustainability Governance and Engagement Manager will assist the Sustainability SLT on an overall business level, support the CSO and play a key delivery role with respect to our interactions with the Board Sustainability Committee (Susco). On a day to day basis the role will support and help coordinate the operating rhythm, planning, development and management of our engagement plans within the business. Through orchestration, engagement, and support, this role will work collaboratively across the business to ensure that Sustainability moves at pace and keeps connected to our stakeholders, including engagement with majority owned businesses.

The Sustainability Governance and Engagement Manager will play a leadership role in the delivery of:

- Connecting our Group team members to our sustainability ambitions, including through platform orchestration events and engagement
- Leads the coordination and governance of key sustainability frameworks, including speaking and awards, benchmarking, partnerships on behalf of the platform to maximise impact
- Leads the delivery of the Platform’s annual engagement calendar, incl. SLT engagement (strategy days, connection cadences, wellbeing events etc), platform events (town halls, huddles, forums etc.) and provide executive admin support for key BU showcases and events etc to ensure these are aligned to building connection and impact aligned to our purpose
- Contributes to delivery of governance and frameworks that provide ExCo, Susco, and the Board with overarching assurance of the positive management of Sustainability across the Group, including within appetite and understanding stakeholder expectations, and coordination of key touchpoints such as board and CEO reporting Provide support for the CSO
