**The Role**:

- Our client is a leader in the entertainment space and is on the lookout for a permanent ETL Test Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Developing test plans, test run sheets and test scripts
- Hands-on testing experience in all aspects of testing, including functional, system integration, End to End, User Acceptance, Regression and Performance
- As the Test Analyst, you will identify and define test cases for data migration/integration, validate data transformations in line with data mapping artifacts
- You will execute manual testing using SQL, JIRA, and Excel, perform defect analysis and logging, document and manage defects to resolution and engage effectively with software developers and vendors to ensure defect resolution.
- Create/Modify the SQL test scripts as per the ETL mapping documents and technical specifications & requirements.
- Create/Update the RTM if applicable and Query log with test cases and test data.
- Record and maintain testing evidence and track execution status of assigned test cases

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft BI stack (SSAS, SSIS).
- Experience working with SQL including creating stored procedures, views, and indexes as well as performance tuning queries.
- Experience and understanding of Business Intelligence (BI), Data/Analytics, Reporting, Data Integration and Master Data Management.
- Able to read and understand complex transformation rules in the mapping document/ETL Packages
