Join us in making a difference **_ The Role_** The role of a Multi Skilled Carer is to assist residents with their activities of daily living by aiding with personal care, domestic tasks and social support. Incumbents are cross trained in different areas to meet the varying needs of the residents. This is a **part time position** working **51.25 hours per fortnight** working at our **Kinross Care Centre - Lake House**with the following shifts below: **Week 1**: Monday: 2200-0700 Thursday: 2200-0700 Sunday: 2200-0700 **Week 2**: Monday: 2200-0700 Tuesday: 2200-0715 Thursday: 2200-0700 **_ Key responsibilities:_** - Support resident’s physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through individualised care delivery - Assist with resident’s care needs in line with their care plan - Collaborate with team members to promote a harmonious working environment - Support and advocate the rights of older people - Assist with personal hygiene, showering and toileting - Assist with activities of daily living, dressing and grooming - Assist at mealtimes including feeding - Administer medication **_ About you_** As a Carer, you will foster meaningful, positive relationships with our residents while providing personal care and support tailored to their individual needs.
