**About the Role**:
The Charter division at CDC NSW is growing and we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Charter Administration Consultant to join the team at our St. Marys office in Western Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager - Charter and Commercial, this role will provide administration support to Charter team and excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Respond and process all quotes/bookings/correspondence from customers in a timely manner with high attention to detail
- Ensure we are meeting KPI’s and correct margins
- Ensuring customer service standards are always adhered to
- Invoicing as required
- Face to Face customer meetings as required
- General office duties and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Liasing with key stakeholders both internally and externally

- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- An ability to work with mínimal supervision
