Faults Coordinator

Due to the continued success and evolution of Downer Energy, our Electricity Networks team are seeking a **Faults Coordinator **to support the Faults and Major events team based in Lilydale.

The **Faults Coordinator **is integral to the effective and resourceful utilisation of Field Crews across standard work packages, emergencies and major events. Reporting to the Faults and Major Events Manager, this position engages with Field Crews, Planning teams and Subcontracts to dispatch clear working scopes with accurate diagnostics, appropriate resources, and balanced travel times. Strong communication skills, telephone etiquette, workorder software experience are paramount, alongside of a pro-active approach to learning the Electrical Network workings and complexities.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience with or knowledge of the Electrical Distribution Networks (advantageous)
- Ability to remain calm during major fault events and coordinate specialised support services for safe delivery of work.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to backgrounds, skills, positions and key stakeholder contacts.
- Proficiency in MS Software, SAP and JDE.
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently, identify risk and escalate potential risk activities for timely intervention.
