**Business Support Officer (Property & Fleet)**:

- **Anglicare Tasmania is looking for a Business Support Officer (Property & Fleet) based in Hobart on a fixed-term, part-time basis (30 hours fortnightly) concluding on 30**th** June 2026.**
- **About the Role**:

- This is a varied and hands on role working within the Property & Fleet team support Anglicare Tasmania. This is an exciting fixed-term position working in an engaging and dynamic environment, with a focus on facilities management and property improvement projects.
- **The successful applicant will possess demonstrable competency, knowledge, understanding and/or skills in the following areas**:

- A practical, positive, and flexible mindset, a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to achieve project outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of basic administrative practices and procedures relevant to the workplace.
- Ability to work individually under supervision and as part of a team within defined instructions and established guidelines and procedures.
- Exceptional time management; ability to prioritise requests and deliver outcomes..
- Outstanding organisational skills, managing spreadsheets, data entry and file management.
- Numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to identify and contribute to opportunities for process and quality improvements.
- Experience working with external contractors and tradespeople to resolve issues quickly is desirable.**What we offer you**:

The successful applicant will be required to:

- provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment/volunteer category);
- present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people type National Police Check (no older than 12 months);
- provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
- provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical:

- provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.
- On commencement the successful applicant will be required to undertake our structured Safeguarding Children Training program.
