We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support people with disabilities to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their community.

You will work closely with clients, their families, and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and respect.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Support clients to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in recreational activities.
- Follow care plans, behaviour support plans, and therapy programs.
- Administer medication safely and complete required documentation.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, mood, or behaviour.
- Maintain professional boundaries and respect client confidentiality.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, or similar - or equivalent experience.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (where required).
- COVID-19 vaccination in line with government requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable**
- Experience working with complex behaviours or high physical support needs.
- Manual Handling and Medication Administration training.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.50 - $38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
