**What you'll do**
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotion and offer strategy aligned with New MRR and ARPU growth targets.
- Program-manages the launch, monitoring, and reporting of promotions in partnership with regional Marketing teams.
- Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring the timely execution of offers and promotions.
- Work with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to develop creative assets and marketing materials to support promotions in a scalable way.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers, providing regular reports and insights to drive optimization.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to improve targeting and effectiveness.

**What you'll bring with you**
- Strong background in Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, or Product with a focus on promotions optimisation
- Experience running similar marketing programs is highly desirable
- Proficient in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis
- SQL knowledge is highly preferred
