What you will do
This role requires someone who is open-minded, has high attention to detail and a strong ability to

**As a part of your daily responsibilities**:
**You will process critical daily tasks, including**:

- Provide a high level of professional billing support and resolution of customer enquiries.
- Audit energy bills, ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices, Identify& fix exceptional

invoices.
- Process customer payments and refunds.
- Reconcile customer accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted

and properly posted.
- Assist Government assistance payments and life support enquiries.
- Assist pricing team to adjust/change gas & electricity market price.
- Help customers with gas and electricity connections.
- You will regularly engage with the customer service, sales, and IT teams to resolve operational

and system issues.
- You will liaise with external parties including the distributors, metering companies, solar

companies, and customers.
- You will actively contribute to our continuous process improvements.

How you will succeed
Below are the key skills and qualifications that you will need to succeed in this role.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance/engineering/science/information system/etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- An inquisitive mindset and passion for learning new skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to support internal stakeholders.
- Energy retailer experience ideal but not essential
