Exciting contract opportunity for an Accredited NABERS Assessor, with a global leader in commercial real estate services, which will be based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**
- Assist with the completion of NABERS ratings and assessment of building designs/performance against Green Star Buildings/Performance Categories and Credits.
- Keep up to date with changing legislation and industry trends to support the delivery to clients.
- Own and maintain client relationships and be the key liaison person for strategic advisory services.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant training and qualifications in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
- NABERS Accredited Assessor
- 2+ years' experience in energy efficiency with solid commercial understanding.
- Excellent research, analytical, technical report writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
