Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced Labourers and Storepersons with a (LF) Forklift License, for a long term career opportunity, located in Reservoir (Northern Suburbs). Our client is an Australian successful meat manufacturing company, supplying products to several restaurants and organisations.

Currently offering Day Shifts with an ongoing roster Monday to Friday, with an occasional Saturday shift. All shifts are 10 hours starting from 4am and ending at 2pm.

Labourer rates starting at $28+ p/h plus overtime penalties. No experience required.

To be successful in this role:

- Open cartons of meats
- Stacking of boxes
- General labour work

Forklift Operator/Storeperson rates starting at $30 p/h plus overtime penalties.

To be successful in this role:

- Must have forklift licence (LF)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Experience working in meat industry is an advantage
- Be physically fit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage stock movements
- Pick and pack
- Stock replenishment and stack pallets correctly
- Load/unload vehicles with forklift and pallet jack

Both positions are casual with full-time hours, you will be expected to work a minimum of 5 days a week. There are opportunities to progress to perm for the right person.

You must be comfortable to be working at a meat manufacturing company and with Beef, Pork & Lamb products.
