**The Position**

Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking a proactive Procurement and Logistics Officer to join the team at our Reservoir head office.

Key responsibilities in this position include:

- Liaising and purchasing with existing suppliers whilst actively seeking out new products and supply channels.
- Creating products using Excel templates and direct data entry into our ERP platform.
- Setting and reviewing pricing, making sure Meeple remains competitive whilst maintaining profit margins.
- Attending trade shows to discover new opportunities.
- Identify and monitor industry/market trends for board games, miniatures, RPGs, TCGs, puzzles, novelties and toys.
- Coordinating the import of products by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with freight forwarders.
- Preparing written proposals for exciting new exclusive titles.
- Regular analysis of sales data to determine products to reorder or discontinue.

**Key Criteria**

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- At least two (2) years' experience in a similar procurement role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data processing.
- Advanced skills with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Possesses a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A driver's licence is essential.
- Permanent residency/right to work in Australia is essential.
- Passion for games and puzzles.
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
