You may be coming from either an existing procurement or supply chain focused role or have an established background in management consulting. KPMG is experiencing significant growth in the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory area across the country and is recruiting for staff at the Consultant to Manager levels in our Perth office.

**Your Opportunity**

The Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team helps private and public sector organisations unlock the potential within their source to pay process and help through periods of significant transformational change. We focus on high impact change in the areas of contracting, sourcing, procurement, and business outsourcing advisory. We support our clients through process improvement, procurement technology and transformation, and solve complex souring programmes. All with a single goal to help clients understand their problems and determine and deliver optimal solutions.

This role will see you engage with a range of senior stakeholders and client teams to construct appropriate strategies that span technology domains, operating models and business problems. Activities in the role will include:

- Delivering on supply chain, and/or sourcing and procurement engagements, including business system modernisation (ERP), technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing;
- Providing advice to clients across all parts of the sourcing and supply chain lifecycle, from strategy through design and implementation to monitor, as well as the potential for leveraging shared services;
- Guiding clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centres, joint ventures, spin-offs and hybrid sourcing relationships;
- Actively participating in the continued growth of the Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team and building your networks across KPMG and industry more broadly;
- Working within an experienced team to analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations enabled by structured thinking, functional knowledge and exceptional communication skills; and
- Supporting engagement pursuits including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, proposal development, presentation and contracting.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- Significant experience or qualifications in a procurement or supply chain related discipline, with previous consulting experience being advantageous;
- Proven success in providing advice around elements (or all) of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from acquisition strategy and planning, tender development and evaluation, and contract management and supply chain;
- Working knowledge of the role enabling technology plays in helping organisations to optimise procurement processes and make best use of its data to support decision-making.
- A strong, customer-centric approach, with highly developed business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and solutions.
- Experience in contract management and/ or supplier relationship management.
