**About the Team**

Our Civil Team understands the impact our work can have on the built environment, and we take solutions further to build a more sustainable future through our designs.

We combine decades of civil and structural engineering expertise with established design principles, a deep commercial understanding, and a purpose-driven approach to deliver outstanding outcomes for public and private projects. We work with our clients from the outset to generate sustainable, whole of life-cycle outcomes for communities and the natural environment.

**About the Role**

**Key accountabilities in this role include**
- Being responsible for undertaking documentation of fully coordinated Civil projects in accordance with relevant design standards under limited supervision.
- Responsibility for producing quality detail design documentation in AutoCAD or other software programs.
- Having responsibility for project outcomes through the monitoring of scope, quality, and schedule to ensure a successful and profitable project.
- Assisting in the tracking of project progress, including quality and schedule to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
- Responsibility for liaising between disciplines and project team members (both internal and external) to ensure the design documentation is consistent and coordinated

**We are looking for someone with**
- A relevant and suitable qualification in drafting or relevant experience
- 2+ years of relevant real-world experience in drafting
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design
- An understanding of commercial risk
- Experience in liaising with project managers, engineers and other technical specialists.
- Strong communication skills
