Our client is a leading Australian water & wastewater treatment systems manufacturer, service and maintenance provider, offering a comprehensive range of bespoke industrial water, wastewater and sewage treatment solutions and equipment to all industry sectors.

**The Details**:

- Permanant Full Time
- 40-hour weeks
- Company Car Provided
- Previous experience in the water treatment industry is preferred, but not essential.

**Qualifications/Licences**:

- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience of at least 2 years.
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s License.

**Skills/Abilities**
- Demonstrated problems solving capability and initiative to manage unexpected issues independently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ideally with previous experience interpreting engineering drawings and writing service reports.
- Flexibility to travel to site frequently and work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safety_
- To understand and implement our clients OHS, Quality and Environmental plans as applicable.
- Ensure that personnel have appropriate training to perform the work safely and effectively.
- Identify areas of improvement in safety performance and implement improvements.
- Assist in the development of practical WHS documentation and procedures.
- Customers/Stakeholders_
- Perform site servicing requirement, both planned and corrective, as per procedures and with technical support from engineers as required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients’ key personnel on sites in order to communicate outcomes and resolve issues as required.
- Complete all service documentation to a standard that is acceptable to provide to clients at the completion of a job.
