**What's the role on offer?**

Based onsite at the Brisbane Airport and supporting multiple locations, including remote Stores and the Alliance Distribution Centre (ADC), this role supports Engineering, Workshops, and Procurement Department demands. As the **Stores Officer,** you will actively implement Logistics and Warehouse best practices to enhance safety, operational efficiency, and cost control, while delivering quality service to all customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and support all Store functions to ensure alignment with safety, compliance, and business needs.
- Maintain and manage inventory safely and accurately, coordinating stock levels, orders, and transfers as needed.
- Support and optimise the Stores network for high performance, identifying improvements to systems and procedures.
- Assist in local procurement activities, and action Part Sales demands and related requests promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and freight companies.
- Comply with safety, security, and regulatory standards and stay updated on Stores, Aviation, and Supply Chain trends.
