**About the role**
As a Performance and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of the department by providing insightful data analysis and reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying trends, measuring performance, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain robust reporting systems and processes to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure organizational performance.
