**About the Role**:
Two temporary opportunities exist for Policy Officer roles within Governance, Strategy and Planning (GSP), Strategy and Performance Branch.
GSP's functions include strategy design, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, business continuity, planning, state government reporting, policy and procedure management, and performance improvement. GSP offers a creative environment for collaboration and teamwork, flexible working options, and learning opportunities and skill development.
This opportunity will allow the successful applicants to contribute to key priorities, such as: providing secretariat support to the System Implementation, Policy & Performance (SIPP) Committee and cross-government Strategic Education Advisory Committee (SEAC); and maturing the department's approach to enterprise risk management and business continuity.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to; will
- Quality assuring information for alignment to frameworks and requirements.
- Coordinating governance committee activities on behalf of the secretariat
- Coordinating and supporting enterprise risk management reporting and business continuity management activities
- Providing a high level of support and advice to stakeholders and your team.
- Supporting organisational capability.

- Flexibility to work across a number of priorities.
- High level writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and coordination skills.
- Great at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
