- Working a 4 day roster
- $42.4808 per hour plus leave loading super and allowances

**Role Overview**:

- Position: Labourer/Machine Operator
- Reporting to Structures Ganger
- Location: Bendigo gang, V/Line

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of rail infrastructure
- Renewal of bridges, culverts, signal structures, signage, platforms
- Vegetation renewal and other miscellaneous structures

**About you**
- Contribute to a safe workplace environment where risks are identified, understood, and managed
- Cleaning and general maintenance ensuring services are completed for truck and other plant equipment
- Operate Excavators and Heavy Plant machinery in construction, civil, or rail projects.
- Collaborate effectively within a small, established team.
- Travel occasionally to different regions as required.
- Work alternate shifts when necessary.
- Assist the Ganger with leadership tasks and step up when needed.

- Valid Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Drivers License
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure (highly desirable)
- A zero harm safety approach is essential

- Loader / Backhoe licences maybe required and advantageous

**Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2019) and will be paid as an IMW TRACK 2.2 $42.4808**
