We are looking for a new member to join our team, no experience required, however prior experience will be seen as a bonus.

This role will suit someone who is looking to work 3 days per week with the option of additional days when available. Typical days start at 7:00am and finish around 2:30pm.
- Previous experience in strata cleaning (a bonus)
- previous experience in strata gardening (a bonus)
- have drivers licence (a bonus)
- Reliable and honest
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Punctual and hardworking
- Able to communicate well in English over text and phone calls (essential)
- Polite and friendly to other staff and residents
- up to 38 hours per week available

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.30 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
