We currently have a position vacant within our night shift team as Team Leader. Night shift runs from Monday to Friday evenings, starting at 7:00pm until approximately 3:00am (hours vary depending on level of the day's production). The Team Leader works with and supports our small night shift team of 6-7 people to achieve their daily goals.

**About the role**:

- Supervise and work with staff to achieve daily targets and ensure all product is packed and ready for transport each night.
- Ensure accuracy across operations including packing, product labelling, time and attendance reporting.
- Allocate tasks to team members fairly and support them to achieve their tasks.
- Communication with sales and production teams
- Maintain company standards for hygiene, health and safety and policy and procedures.
- Package products.
- Wrapping pallets
- Clean freezers and other areas of the production facility
- Load trucks for distribution

- To be able to work well within a team environment and lead the team with support to create a healthy work environment
- Have the ability to for manual handling and repetitious tasks
- Good communication skills, respectful communicator.
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
- A Forklift ticket

**Our recruitment process**:
Part of Pepe's Ducks recruitment is to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical (including drug and alcohol test). You must have full Australian work rights to be successful for the role.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
