**Role Overview**

As the **Front of House Team Leader**, you’ll be the face of our Windsor store, responsible for ensuring every customer feels welcomed and delighted. You’ll lead a dynamic team, maintain operational excellence, and create an environment that embodies the Bistro Morgan vibe - fun, friendly, and professional. Your barista skills will shine as you help serve up exceptional coffee and beverages that keep our customers coming back for more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Experience**:

- Deliver exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer queries and feedback with a positive and solutions-focused approach.
- **Barista Duties**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and flair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
- Keep up to date with new coffee trends and techniques.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Train, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to excel.
- Oversee scheduling, ensuring smooth daily operations and adequate staffing.
- Lead by example during busy periods, jumping in to assist as needed.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure adherence to cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation standards.
- Manage POS systems, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Support the store manager in meeting sales goals and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Promote new products, upsell items, and engage customers with our story and offerings.

**About You**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a hospitality or retail leadership role.
- Barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and team management.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Passionate about coffee, food, and the hospitality industry.
- **Qualities**:

- Positive, energetic, and adaptable.

Pay: $29.43 - $43.49 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
