**Due Diligence Manager**

**About your new role**

As the Due Diligence Manager you will effectively manage a team of Due Diligence Analysts. You will be reporting directly to the Group Manager Due Diligence & Intelligence and have exposure to a wide range of complex due diligence, vetting and screening actions in support of The Star’s AML/CTF Program.

You will be able to support and mentor junior team members and efficiently allocate BAU tasks based on business priorities. You will maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and accurately track, rate and analyse due diligence findings to compile in-depth summaries and reports and manage the review and response of customer alerts.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Extensive experience in the due diligence or anti money laundering fields
- Previous experience leading or managing a team
- A strong understanding of the casino / gaming industry
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A comprehensive understanding of relevant statutory compliance and reporting requirements
