Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in engineering, design, automation roles supporting networks for global enterprise organizations.
- 3 years of experience in Python, C++, Java, or Go.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and developing solution testing and automation strategies for network deployment and operations.
- Experience managing technical engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience building and operating large-scale networks.
- Experience building engineering teams that are productive, collaborative, and inclusive.- Knowledge of test-driven code, with the ability to produce simple and elegant solutions automation.- Knowledge of delivering complex projects, including coordinating and driving issues to resolution autonomously.
- Ability to contribute to long-term goals and direction in enterprise networks.

- Plan and execute resources across cross-functional projects, and assist operational events and escalations.
- Own all facets of performance and career management for the team through effective technical and soft-skill mentoring, coaching, and planning.
