As part of our growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join our Sustainability and Technical Services team in either our Sydney or Melbourne Office.

About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to support the successful integration of ISPT’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and lead the delivery of relevant sustainability programs across our national property portfolio.

**Your key deliverables will be**:
Identify emerging risks and opportunities to maintain ISPT’s commitment to ESG excellence

Develop and deliver key sustainability programs aligned with the ESG Strategy and in response to emerging issues

Contribute to internal and external ESG reporting and disclosure requirements

Manage business partners, consultants, and contractors to ensure delivery in line with project requirements

Engage across a diverse stakeholder base to influence change and drive positive outcomes

Liaise with industry bodies and professional organisations on sustainability matters

Develop and deliver presentation content on specific sustainability initiatives

About you

Tertiary qualified in Engineering/Environmental science/building/property related, or other associated disciplines

Experience with sustainability rating frameworks (including Green Star Performance and NABERS)

Experience within the property industry within a similar corporate environment is desirable

You will bring proven all-round ESG knowledge (preferably, including climate resilience and/or circular economy)

Strong project management capability

Demonstrated communication and engagement capability to collaborate across functional groups and other disciplines

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
