UGL is currently seeking interest from a
**Planner (Maintenance Mechanical)** to join our National team. This opportunity will see you join a reputable company with a specialised and diverse team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customer.
**About the role**
- The Maintenance Planner Mechanical is a key role to the Team, responsible for planning of all Preventative and Corrective maintenance activities by drawing upon previous experience and adopting industry best practices in order to achieve a detailed plan that can be clearly delivered by the Supervisor.
The Planner shall ensure compliance to statutory and Government regulations, UGL standards and work practices, and meeting ATOM Terminal Kwinana contract objectives in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective manner.

- Develop detailed step by step work plans for Corrective and Preventative Maintenance tasks as they are required as per the maintenance schedule for safe and efficient execution through to work pack development
- Identify any drawings and technical data that is required to execute the maintenance task
- Coordinate and control daily maintenance service orders to meet client Terminal operations and reliability objectives
- Develop/update/review standard work instructions and Bill-of-materials for Preventative Maintenance tasks
- Identify and collaborate with Site scheduler the Work Orders which require plant shutdown or opportunity shutdown windows for its execution
- Assist in the development of work scope for any relevant contracts to support maintenance work long term service contracts
