**Facility Placement Manager**

The Facility Placement Manager will be responsible for driving and executing the Workers Compensation National SME Facility strategy across Australia, including new solution creation, customer journey, marketing, governance and performance of our solutions. **We will count on you to**:

- Manage the Workers Compensation National SME Facility
- Work with the MMB Placement Leader to develop and execute the facility strategy across Australia
- Collaborate closely with all other regions to leverage best of facility solutions and follow global practices
- Provide critical insights and information to carrier partners across Australia to ensure our facility strategy is receiving the necessary support to succeed
- Evaluate efficiency of all regional and country solutions and implement actions to expand existing facility solutions
- Manage frameworks and systems for capturing transaction level placement information for facility solutions to partner with carriers to optimise operational efficiencies
- Develop and partner on potential facility initiatives with our P&C commercial and corporate teams to maximise facility penetration across Australia
- Marketing and training of internal brokers nationally to ensure success

**What you need to have**:

- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
- Demonstrated experience generating high performing facilities
- Strong placement operation experience
- Previous experience in placement, ideally across product, operations and carrier management
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of facility performance and claims analytics, industry and trend analysis
