Our client are a boutique firm who provide A-Class service expected from a top-tier practice to medium - large privately-owned local businesses.

Due to growth, they have a newly created Practice Manager role, this opportunity would be perfect for an experienced ASIC administrator who is looking for a more diverse and varied role.

**Key duties**:

- Preparation of all ASIC Forms using CAS 360
- Experience using XERO will be highly regarded
- New company and trust set ups
- Create and maintain Client Corporate Structures
- New client onboarding
- Diary management
- Respond to ATO correspondence as requested by accountants
- Travel arrangements and bookings
- Arranging staff training and events

**To be considered you must**:

- Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an ASIC administrator within an accounting firm
- Must be proficient with CAS 360
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Know how to prioritise and delegate work in a high-pressure environment
