We are searching for a charismatic Cocktail Bartender to shake things up at Oxford House
- kickstart or further develop your hospitality career.

Moments away from the vibrant art galleries and boutique fashion stores of Paddington, Oxford House has been meticulously restored and refurbished, pairing chic rooms with quality food and beverage offerings. Taking design cues from the sun-kissed motels of Southern California, with 60 boutique rooms, a swimming pool courtyard, all day dining and cocktail bar, Oxford House is one of Sydney’s most talked about hotel openings. 

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our Cocktail Bartenders are confident, vibrant, and self-motivated professionals who are meticulous about service delivery. With a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll be providing warm and friendly service, suggesting wines, shaking inspiring cocktails and ensuring your guests always enjoy a memorable experience. 

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar 
- Sound knowledge of both wine and classic cocktails 
- You have highly developed communication skills; you enjoy engaging with both your team and guests 
- Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining consistency 
- A quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail. 
- You thrive on delivering outstanding service, consistently displaying a positive "can do" attitude 
- You hold a valid NSW Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) 

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.97 - $38.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
