Bartender/server

In addition to the general customer service expectations, bartenders are expected to:

- Prepare all drinks according to recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns. If available, taking order at the bar.
- Monitor stock levels, inform of low stock items.
- Develop and introduce a new cocktail special every two weeks. This includes writing the recipe and ingredients for each special cocktail.
- Collaborate effectively with other bar staff and restaurant team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
